Cyntheia Fischer, 68, of Red Elm, passed away Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Monument Health Hospital, Rapid City.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. MST, Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at All Saints Catholic Church, Eagle Butte with Fr. John Paul Trask presiding. Burial will follow at 2:30 p.m., Tuesday at Black Hills National Cemetery, Sturgis. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
