Ree Street Closed Thursday for Water Valve Repair

PIERRE, S.D. – Beginning Thursday October 29th, The Water Department will close Ree Street from East Sioux Ave to East Dakota Ave to replace a broken water valve.
Local traffic will still be able to access (businesses, facilities or properties that will remain accessible), but all other through-traffic should use alternate routes.
The project requires excavating in the street to replace a broken valve. Work and the associated road closure are expected to last through Friday, Oct. 30th, weather permitting.
