Graveside services for Yvonne Huber, 81, of Mobridge will be at 2 PM, Thursday, October 15, 2020 at Greenwood Cemetery. Yvonne passed away Friday, October 9, 2020, at the Mobridge Regional Hospital. Kesling Funeral Home of Mobridge is in charge of arrangements.
Yvonne was born January 12, 1939 in Lidgerwood, North Dakota to Jesse and Nora (Bauman) Garlow. She grew up and attended school in Lidgerwood through the eighth grade. Yvonne and her family moved to Mobridge in 1956.
Yvonne married Leo Huber in 1957 in Mobridge. She enjoyed doing daycare for several children, many times caring for children in their own home.
Yvonne enjoyed bowling, also enjoyed camping out with a tent. She also enjoyed reading and loved baking pies and cakes,
many times sharing her baked goods with Leo’s co-workers at the Ford dealership.
She is survived by her husband, Leo ofMobridge, sisters, Janet Anderson of Austin, Texas, Elizabeth Lentz of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Yvonne was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Joel Garlow.
