Tanna Marie Maupin, age 37 of Eagle Butte, SD entered the Spirit World Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at Avera-McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD.
Tanna is survived by a son, Briley Maupin, and four daughters, Aspen High Elk, Eveline Maupin, Julie Taylor and Jayden Taylor of Eagle Butte. Her parents, Garland and Jennifer Maupin, Sr. of Ridgeview, SD. Two brothers, Garland “Thumper” Maupin, Jr. and Ted Maupin of Eagle Butte. Two sisters, Darlyn Maupin of Eagle Butte and Terri Rose Maupin of Ridgeview. two grandchildren, X’Ander and Maverick.
In compliance with the CDC Covid19 regulations and the CRST Tribal Directives for mortuary care, a private funeral service for family only will be begin at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at Rooks Funeral Home in Eagle Butte. Burial will follow at the Bordeaux Family Cemetery near Ridgeview, SD.
