ST. LOUIS – Eight USD football players were recognized by Missouri Valley Football Conference coaches and media.
Named to the all-conference second team were wide receiver Caleb Vander Esch, linebacker Brock Mogensen, punter Brady Schutt and long snapper Dalton Godfrey.
Tight end Brett Samson, linebacker Jack Cochran, defensive lineman Jacob Matthew and cornerback Myles Harden earned honorable mention.
The Coyotes were 1-3 before COVID-19 cut their season short.
