A 37 year old man faces multiple charges after a traffic stop early Saturday morning (12:42am CT April 24) in Pierre.
Information from the Pierre Police Department says Aadam Tiger was stopped for speeding. During the investigation, Tiger identified himself as another person, in what appears to be an attempt to conceal his identity as he had an active warrant out for his arrest.
During his interaction with Tiger, the officer noted signs of impairment. After further investigation, the officer determined Tiger was operating his vehicle under the influence. During the arrest process, drugs were located in Tiger’s possession.
Tiger was arrested for:
- False Impersonation to Deceive Law Enforcement
- Driving While Suspended
- DUI 3rd, Offense
- Ingest, Inhale Substance to Become Intoxicated
- Possession or Use of Drug Paraphernalia
- Possession of a Controlled Drug or Substance
- Possession of Marijuana, 2 oz or less
- Ingestion of a Controlled Drug or Substance, as a Felony
- Warrant – Bench Warrant
