Pierre utility customers can now pay their bill using the free My Civic Utilities app

The City of Pierre now has a free app utility customers can use to pay their bill.

City Finance Director Twila Hight says the “My Civic Utilities” app also allows customers to access their utility history, see real-time account information and set-up notification preferences. She says an informational flyer was included in most customers’ utility bill this month.

Hight says the app is another way the city is trying to make things more convenient for utility customers.

The My Civic Utilities app is available for iOS or Android and, again, there is no cost.
