During last weekend’s (July 18, 2022) Oahe Days activities in Pierre, the Oahe Family YMCA and DRG Media Group teamed up to cool folks off and raise money for the YMCA.
Executive Director Aaron Fabel says the donation helps support the mission of the YMCA.
Fabel says the YMCA is busy year-round, but especially when kids are out of school.
The dunk tank raised $1035 for the YMCA.
DRG Media Group and the Oahe Family YMCA thank the Pierre Volunteer Fire Department, Fun Time Rentals, those who were willing to be dunked and those who purchased the opportunities to do the dunking for making the fundraiser a success.
