PIERRE – Once again, coinciding with Oahe Days, this year’s Run With The Govs event is scheduled for Saturday.
One of the race organizers, First Dakota National Bank Pierre President Tina Van Camp, spoke about the race before a recent Pierre City Commission meeting.
The trail, which will begin and end on the steps of the State Capitol, lasts three and a half miles and features the statues of 28 South Dakota Governors.
Participants of all ages are welcome. Registration on race day will begin at 8:30 AM, but a link to online registration and more race details can be found in the Community Calendar section of this webpage.
