Pierre School District looking to update facility rental rates and policy

The Pierre School Board is considering updates to the fees charged for renting the district’s various facilities.

Pierre School District Business Manager Travis Dovre said the rate increase is about 7%.

Dovre said the revisions also clarify the gym rental rate at Georgia Morse Middle School.

The Pierre School Board will make a final decision on the proposed policy revision and rental rates during an upcoming meeting.
