Stanley County Senior Keira Briggs awarded first ever Anderson memorial scholarship

A senior at Stanley County High School was awarded the inaugural Susan Anderson G.O.A.T. $2,500 scholarship during the opening ceremony of the state Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) Leadership Conference in Sioux Falls earlier this month (April 10-11, 2025).

Keira Briggs received the new scholarship that was introduced in honor of Dr. Susan Anderson, a physician from Canistota who passed away from cancer.
