Beginning Monday (July 27, 2026), the Pierre City Water Department will begin replacing a water main on lower Pierre Street between Missouri Avenue and Island Drive.
The project is expected to take approximately one week, weather permitting.
Business owners in the project area have been notified about the upcoming work. Additional updates will be provided if the project schedule changes.
Pierre City Hall appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation while this water line maintenance is completed.
