2100+ youth read nearly 7900 books during Rawlins Library “Unearth a Story” summer reading program

Youth of all ages took part in the summer reading program offered by Rawlins Municipal Library in Pierre.

City Commissioner Robin Lerseth said the theme was “Unearth a Story.”

Rawlins Library offers more than 125,000 books, e-books, digital magazines and other research and entertainment items. Library cards are free for those who live in Pierre, Fort Pierre, Hughes County or Stanley County. Patrons residing outside of those areas pay $15 per year for a family card.
