Elected and reelected Hughes and Stanley County officials took their oaths of office yesterday (Jan. 3, 2023) during their respective meetings.
In Stanley County, those sworn in were:
- District 1 Commissioner Craig Heller
- District 3 Commissioner Dana Iverson
- District 5 Commissioner Gary Grittner
- Sheriff Brad Rathbun
- Register of Deeds Patricia Duffy
- Auditor Philena Burtch
Dana Iversen was elected Stanley County Commission Chair and Sonny Harrowa was elected Vice Chair.
In Hughes County, those taking the oath of office were:
- Commissioner Rob Fines
- Commissioner Connie Hohn
- Commissioner Bill Abernathy
- States Attorney Jessica LaMie
- Sheriff Patrick Callahan
- Auditor/Finance Officer Thomas Oliva
Hohn was elected Hughes County Commission Chair and Randy Brown was elected Vice Chair.
