Fremont Builds Big Early Lead, Routs Zap

FREMONT, NE – While fireworks followed the game, Fremont’s Jayson Willers provided his own during the game.

Willers hit a three-run double, a two-run home run and drove in seven runs Friday as the Fremont Moo stormed past the Oahe Zap 15-2 at Moller Field.

Fremont scored a run in the first inning, seven in the second, three in the third and four in the fifth.

The Zap (6-25) scored their runs in the eighth inning on a sacrifice fly by Trenton Duchscherer and a passed ball.
