Fort Pierre utility customers should have, once again, receive a city-sponsored free load coupon for the Pierre City Landfill.
Mayor Gloria Hanson says Fort Pierre residents should bring the coupon with them when they take their load to the dump.
Hanson says the coupons work well to help people get rid of some larger items.
