The Pierre–Fort Pierre Kiwanis Club invites families and community members to take part in their annual Kiwanis Movie Day on Saturday (April 25, 2026) at the State 123 Theatre in Pierre.
Moviegoers can see “Minions: The Rise of Gru” for a reduced ticket price of $3 per person. Shows are scheduled for 12:30p.m., 2:45p.m., and 5:00p.m.
Tickets will be available at the State 123 Theatre on the day of the event. Seating is limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Proceeds from the event help support local Kiwanis programs and initiatives that benefit children and youth in the Pierre and Fort Pierre communities.
Kirk Albertson with the Pierre–Fort Pierre Kiwanis Club says their goal is to create a fun, affordable experience for families while continuing Kiwanis’ mission of serving the children of our community. He says Movie Day is one of the group’s favorite traditions because it “brings people together and makes entertainment accessible to everyone.”
