Stanley County Elementary students get dance party as a reward for following ROAMS criteria

The Stanley County Elementary students were treated to a dance party Thursday, Nov. 5, 2020, as part of a reward-based system for students following the Stanley County ROAMS matrix. ROAMS criteria consists’ of the following:

  • R-Respect
  • O-Ownership
  • A-Achievement
  • M-Mindfulness
  • S-Safety

The ROAMs standards are charted daily and the students’ goal is a positive quarterly reward.
