Rank reappointed as Presiding Judge of the Sixth Judicial Circuit

The Honorable Bobbi Rank has been reappointed to serve as Presiding Judge for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in South Dakota.

Justice Steven Jensen, who took over this week as Chief Justice of the South Dakota Supreme Court, made the reappointment.

Presiding Judges are appointed by the Chief Justice and serve at his pleasure. The Presiding Judges are administrative heads of their respective circuits. The Sixth Judicial Circuit consists of Gregory, Haakon, Hughes, Hyde, Jones, Lyman, Stanley, Sully, Todd, Tripp, Bennett, Jackson, Mellette and Potter counties.
