Pierre train bridge takes out another camper a/c unit

The train bridge in Pierre has added another camper air conditioning unit to its tally of damages.

The Pierre Police Department says a vehicle pulling a camper driven by Ronald Mills of Luther, Michigan was heading southbound on Pierre Street at approximately 4pm Friday (3:50pm Sept. 25) when the air-conditioning unit on the camper struck the bridge causing $900 damage to the camper. No citations were issued.
