Ordering food delivery is hotter than ever. Especially ordering pizza. On the Lifehacker website, they offer this suggestion for the next time you order a delivered pizza: order it uncut.
“When they cut it, all the juices run down [to the cardboard] and make the crust soggy. When you order your pie, fire up the oven. Throw your pizza stone or sheet or whatever. Set it under 212 degrees. When the pizza arrives pop it in the oven for a bit to get it hot, then remove it and slice it.”
