SIOUX FALLS – Pierre led early Friday, but the Sioux Falls Sunfish then scored 10 runs in four innings to give the Trappers their sixth consecutive loss, 10-2 at Karras Park.
The Trappers (9-22) scored their runs in the third inning on a throwing error and an RBI single by Eric Mast. The Sunfish then rallied for three runs in their half of the third, two in the fourth, two in the fifth and three in the sixth. JT Mix and Adonis Forte II hit home runs for Sioux Falls. Trappers starter Ryun Cross (1-4) allowed five runs and five hits in four innings.
