Pugh Takes Second At Sanford Golf Series Event

BROOKINGS – Jayce Pugh of Miller finished second among girls Tuesday in the SDGA Sanford Golf Series event at Brookings Country Club.

Pugh, the Class A individual state champion for the last two seasons, shot an 83 to finish five strokes behind girls winner Olivia Braun of Aberdeen.

William Sanford of Sioux Falls shot 73 to win the boys division by one shot.
