SIOUX FALLS – Onida’s Chloe Lamb, the former University of South Dakota basketball standout, is the Summit League nominee for the NCAA Woman of the Year.
Lamb is one of 151 conference-level nominees and one of 53 in Division I.
In her five years with the Coyotes, Lamb helped USD to Summit League regular season titles in 2018, 2020 and 2022. She was on three straight Coyote Summit League tournament championship teams from 2020 through 2022. Lamb was named the Summit League Tournament MVP in 2021 and 2022 and was the Summit League Player of the Year in 2022. USD won 135 games and lost only 27 in Lamb’s five seasons as a player.
