Flags should fly at half-staff today to honor lives lost September 11, 2001

South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem has ordered that flags be flown at half-staff statewide today (Sept. 11, 2023) from sunrise until sunset in honor of the 2,977 men and women who were senselessly killed by terrorists. May we never forget the lives lost on September 11, 2001.
