SIOUX FALLS – Six individuals or teams from Central South Dakota took championships Saturday on the final day of the SDHSAA State Championships at Howard Wood Field.
Aaron Monk of Winner won the Class A boys 110 meter hurdles in 15.08.
Ipswich’s Ty Kadlec captured the B boys 100 meter dash in 11.04.
Kimball/White Lake won the girls B sprint medley relay. The team of Kaitlyn Priebe, Ryann Grussing, Dani Deffenbaugh, Christine Gaulke ran in 4:18.58.
Mobridge-Pollock won the girls A 4×400 meter relay and Potter County won the girls B title in the same event. The Tigers’ time was 4:06.35. The Battlers’ time was 4:10.32.
Dawson Reckling of Kadoka Area won the B boys high jump, clearing 6’6″.
