White River’s boys and four other number one teams remain on top of the South Dakota High School Media Basketball Polls, released Monday.
The Tiger boys, who are 6-1, remain on top of the Class B boys poll. Sioux Falls Jefferson (AA) and Dakota Valley (A) also stay at number one.
Hamlin moved to the top of the Class A girls poll after defeating previous number one St. Thomas More last week. O’Gorman (AA) and Viborg-Hurley (B) remain at the top of their polls.
The Pierre Governor boys moved up one spot to number two in the AA poll, while the Pierre girls also moved up one place to number three and received a first-place vote. Lower Brule is now fifth in the Class B boys poll. Jones County and Sully Buttes entered the Class B girls poll, with the Coyotes fourth and the Chargers fifth.
