USD Eliminated In Summit League Softball Championship

FARGO, ND – Sydney McQuinn had three hits and three RBI Wednesday as fourth-seed Kansas City eliminated fifth-seed South Dakota 10-2 in the first round of the Summit League Softball Championship at Tharaldson Park.

USD’s season ends at 8-13. Kansas City will play top seed South Dakota State Thursday at 11:00 AM as double-elimination play will begin.
