WATERTOWN – Watertown has suspended activities for this week and moved to online learning due to a high number of COVID-19 cases and close contacts. This becomes the largest school district in South Dakota to make the changes to date.
Two volleyball matches have been postponed, against Sioux Falls Lincoln and Brandon Valley. The Arrows’ home football game with Brandon Valley is also postponed. Watertown volleyball coach Rosemary Bellum told the Sioux Falls Argus Leader that 10 of her players are quarantining as close contacts.
