BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Authorities have identified a man who died after his jet ski tipped over on the Missouri River on Saturday. The Morton County Sheriff’s Department said the man was 30-year-old Rodrigo Soto-Garcia of Bismarck. Deputies were dispatched around 10:30 p.m. Saturday to find that people at a Graner Park campground south of Mandan had pulled Soto-Garcia and his passenger, a 22-year-old South Dakota woman, onto the shore. Soto-Garcia was wearing a life vest but was unconscious. He was taken to a Bismarck hospital where he was pronounced dead. The woman wasn’t injured.
