Sioux Falls Washington returned to the top of the girls Class AA ranking, displacing O’Gorman. Other number one teams remained in place in the latest South Dakota Media High School Basketball Polls, released Monday.
Washington lost at home to O’Gorman last month, but won last week on O’Gorman’s home floor to return to number one.
Central South Dakota boys teams ranked include Winner at number three in Class A, White River remaining second in Class B, Lower Brule dropping a spot to number four and Potter County remaining fifth.
White River’s girls fell two spots to number five in the Class B poll.
