Gov Grocery Pantry being well used at Pierre’s middle school and high school

A fairly new program at Georgia Morse Middle School in Pierre has expanded to include high school students this year (2023) as well.

School Board member Dennis James says use of the Gov Grocery Pantry extends beyond the physical buildings.

James says they have a grab bag option at Riggs.

James says the program is not funded by the school district.
