BROOKINGS – Brooklyn Meyer scored a career high 29 points Friday as South Dakota State women’s basketball routed South Carolina State 72-42 at Frost Arena.
Meyer was 11-of-15 shooting, 7-of-8 on free throws, and had nine rebounds and two assists for the Jackrabbits (3-2).
Paige Meyer scored 10 points in 15 minutes after being out three games with an injury. Her buzzer-beating three-pointer at the end of the first quarter put SDSU ahead to stay and began a 15-2 run.
