The Pierre School Board has approved the date for their election in 2026.
School District Business Manager Travis Dovre said they’re addressing the topic earlier this year.
The Pierre School Board election would be held in conjunction with the City of Pierre and Hughes County, depending on which– if any– of those entities need to hold an election.
