USD Falls In First Game At Dakota Showcase

SIOUX FALLS – South Dakota men’s basketball remained winless Thursday after a 75-71 loss to North Dakota in the first game of the Dakota Showcase at the Sanford Pentagon.

Stanley Umude led the Coyotes (0-4) with 30 points, two short of his career high. Xavier Fuller scored 15 in his first career start.

Filip Rebraca led North Dakota (1-3) with 26 points.

USD will meet North Dakota State on Friday, then South Dakota State on Saturday.
