SARASOTA, FL – Six home runs helped the Minnesota Twins outlast the Baltimore Orioles Sunday 12-7 in spring training baseball at Ed Smith Stadium.
In a seven-run third inning, JT Riddle, Kyle Garlick and Willians Astudillo hit homers for Minnesota (8-10-1). Jorge Polanco, Trevor Larnach and Caleb Hamilton later homered for the Twins.
Starting pitcher J.A. Happ allowed five runs and six hits in three innings.
The Twins will host Atlanta in Fort Myers on Monday.
