VERMILLION – Sully Buttes alum Chloe Lamb confirmed Monday that she will return to South Dakota Women’s Basketball for another season in 2021-22.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the NCAA gave student athletes the option to take an extra year of eligibility. Lamb’s teammate, Liv Korngable, is also planning to return.
Lamb is averaging almost 16 points, two assists and two steals per game this season. Her 43.1 three-point field goal percentage places her in the top 25 in the nation in Division I.
Lamb majors in kinesiology but said that she has added a coaching minor and would like to stay in college basketball as a coach after her playing days.
