SIOUX FALLS – Jillian Flores Bennett has been named as the new women’s basketball head coach at Augustana University.
Bennett was the head coach this past season at her alma mater, Iowa Western. The Reivers were 26-5 and made the Region XI championship game in junior college basketball.
In 2021-22, Bennett’s first season as a head coach, she led Our Lady of the Lake University to the NAIA national tournament.
Bennett replaces Dave Krauth, who retired after 34 seasons and 695 wins.
