South Dakota Loses In Little League Regional Championship

WHITESTOWN, IN – South Dakota has had a Little League team in the World Series before, but will not in 2023.

North Dakota defeated South Dakota Friday 9-7 in the championship game of the Little League Midwest Regional tournament.

The team from Sioux Falls had defeated North Dakota Wednesday to advance to the title game.

North Dakota, represented by the team from Fargo, makes the Little League World Series for the first time.
